Premium residential construction — Palos Verdes Peninsula

Palos Verdes Peninsula

Design. Build. Remodel. On the Peninsula.

Residential and commercial construction by people who know Palos Verdes — your neighborhood, your HOA, your land, and the standards that make builds here last a lifetime.

What We Build

From the ground up, or from the inside out.

We take on the full range of residential and commercial projects in Palos Verdes — from a kitchen that finally feels right to a brand-new home on a hillside lot, built to be there for generations.

Custom homes

Ground-up residential on Peninsula lots — designed for the site, built for the long term, and finished to the standard PV homeowners expect.

Whole-home remodels

Full-scope transformations that keep what works and rethink the rest — layout, light, flow, and finishes updated for how you actually live.

Kitchen & bath renovations

The rooms that matter most, done properly — quality materials, clean lines, and craftsmanship that holds up for decades on the Peninsula.

ADUs & guest houses

Second units, multigenerational living, and rental additions — we handle HOA and city approvals in parallel so the process doesn't stall.

Room additions

Expand what you have without sacrificing what you love — additions that feel like they were always there, not tacked on.

Commercial build-outs

Retail, office, and professional spaces in and around the Peninsula — built to the same standard as our residential work.

Built Here. Living Here.

We build in Palos Verdes because we know Palos Verdes.

This isn't a market we service from somewhere else. We've built on these hillsides, navigated PV Estates architectural review, and worked with every city department on the Peninsula. The result is construction that fits the community — and lasts.

HOA expertise: PV Estates and Rolling Hills require architectural approval alongside city permits — we run both tracks from day one

Local permit knowledge: RPV, PVE, and Rolling Hills each have distinct timelines — we plan your project around the actual review cadence

Built for the long term: Peninsula homes are investments. We select materials and methods that perform for decades, not just until the first resale

Residential and commercial: from a single-family remodel to a professional office suite — same craft, same attention, same team

Honest scoping: we tell you what a project actually takes before you commit — cost bands, timelines, and permit realities up front

Questions

What homeowners and business owners ask us

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Residential and commercial — full-home remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, room additions, ADUs, ground-up new construction, and commercial build-outs. We work across Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, and Rancho Palos Verdes.

Do you handle HOA approvals?

Yes. PV Estates and Rolling Hills both require architectural committee approval alongside city permits. We prepare the documentation for both and run the tracks in parallel so approvals don't create delays.

How long does a typical remodel or addition take?

It depends on scope, but most kitchen or bath remodels run 8–14 weeks once permits are in hand. Additions typically run 4–8 months including permitting. We give you a realistic timeline at the start — not a best-case number.

Can I build an ADU on my PV lot?

Usually yes. State ADU law applies throughout the Peninsula, though HOA design standards may add requirements beyond the city's. We'll tell you what's feasible on your specific parcel before any design investment is made.

Do you do commercial work too?

Yes. We build out retail, office, and professional spaces in and around Palos Verdes. Commercial projects get the same planning and craftsmanship as our residential work.

How do I get started?
